“I just realized how the younger generation have been talking about a 4th, 5th… 8th wave of feminism. Some of these “waves” are Christian traditionalist appropriators turning feminism upside down and pushing women back into the role of helpmate to a man. Because of this laughably ridiculous turn of events, I think the term feminism may have outlived its usefulness. I now and will forever forward refer to myself a Gynarchist. Having tossed out this fairytale notion of “equality,” which many men will think of as oppression no matter how we coddle their egos, I want women to take control and rule the future.
